Coming Soon…. Lucy & the Long Haul LP
20??
Lucy is a band I play with a lot. We’ve done a lot of recording, but have not as yet released anything officially.
Pete Gidlund “Abiquiu Impressions”
2014 | Short run CDRs
This is essentially the recordings I made in a handful of days in Abiquiu, NM in 2014. I made about 30 CDRs packaged in handmade sleeves and gave them to friends. This group of recordings was remastered and exist as Side A of the “Instrumental Works 2014-2021” LP.
Becca Richardson EP
2013 | click here to listen.
I was lucky enough to gig with Becca Richardson’s band for about a year before she moved to Nashville. This EP was released just in time as well. I play “lead” guitar on this EP as well as some of my production/arrangement ideas- bringing in other instrumentalists on some tunes (brass section, violin).
Winter’s Fall “At All Angles”
2011 Velvet Blue Records | click here to listen.
At All Angles was a labor of love that took us really a couple years to complete. Every detail of this record was painstakingly planned and executed. Finding a way to release it was tough, too. When I was 18, I wanted to someday get some of my music released on Velvet Blue. When I was 36, this finally happened. It only took half a lifetime.
Winter’s Fall “Self Titled”

A lot of great Peter Stanley songs recorded in two days. Amazing artwork by Matt Mullins.
Winter’s Fall EP

We made this EP super lo-fi style on my digital 4-track with a lot of vintage equipment we had laying around- synths (Aarp String Ensemble), drum machines (Korg Rhythm Box), pedals, samples from found cassettes, etc.
“Sputnik and the Angel”
2000 | Sputnik was a project orchestrated by my friend Leif Fairfield. Musicians from a lot of Bay Area bands were commissioned by Leif to collaborate on a collection of songs themed around a the story Russian cosmonaut and a companion book was made in a similar way by a variety of local young writers. I played a reoccurring theme over several songs on electric guitar and did some BGVs.
